I’m Vic, the Director and Owner of Titan Coaching. A registered adult nurse with a speciality in orthopaedic surgery and a masters level educated Sports Performance Nutritionist.
I am a competitive athlete across 2 disciplines : Bodybuilding and Powerlifting holding British and Commonwealth Titles and have been in the coaching industry for nearly a decade.

WHERE IT ALL STARTED
I started Titan coaching with one goal in mind – to educate people on how to elevate their performance, physique, strength and mindset in every level by dispelling the myths that are so rife in the fitness industry.
I found that tailored nutrition was the one key factor that most athletes, regardless of discipline, were lacking in their endeavours. Yes, you need skill acquisition, yes you need the motivation to get into the gym and perform to your upmost, BUT without the correct fuel inside you, you will optimally be sub-par.
To be elite, EVERYTHING needs to be maxed out and every detail counts and THAT is what Titan Coaching is all about. We take the baseline athlete and make sure that every detail is tailored just for them.
People are individual, unique in their own way, so Titan Coaching was created to take away the thought process of what is right and what is wrong, take out the ‘cookie cutter’ approach and have a bespoke set of programming designed with the athlete, their discipline, and their end goal in mind

MENTORSHIP
The mentorship program is a system to educate coaches who are starting out in the fitness industry to improve their knowledge. Understanding energy systems and the reason behind why they are important to acknowledge in every sport.
- Take football as an example – would you design the same intake for a centre as you would for a goal keeper? Would they have the same energy demands as a bodybuilder? Would a bodybuilder require the same intake every day or would they need different intakes?
- What health markers are imperative to take note of and why? How often should you read into them? What about supplements and are they necessary?
- All these topics have a lot of information about them on the web but what are the key things to focus on for any individual?
- The coaching mentorship is only open to a select number of applicants on a quarterly basis so education can be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis via a zoom call.
- Educational reports are sent out post zoom call and homework is set based on the session that we have undertaken.
- Once a month a 2 hour group coaching call is put together for all coaching mentees to get together and discuss various topics.
- You have complete support with your own clients that may have you stumped and confused ranging from menstrual symptoms to a stall in body fat loss in a contest prep – how to ‘make weight’ for a competitive fighter or powerlifter whilst maintaining their strength and power .
- By the end of the mentorship program you will be a coach that is different to the weekend offender who has a certification from groupon and will understand more about what your client needs from a physiological, competitive and emotional standpoint,
